Velux Windows AES Electric Skylight System  With the new Velux Windows Electric Skylight System, you can create a spectacular daylighting feature within your home and add visual drama to your living environment. By flooding deep and inner rooms with natural daylight, the AES transforms the internal environment of modern homes under shallow pitched roofs. With the remote control operation the AES is also perfect for other out-of-reach situations such as hallways or stairwells. "Plug and Play" Installation The AES is installed in the same manner as any other Velux roof windows. Once installed it is simply a matter of connecting the unit to a power supply. No additional wiring is required. With pine frame and sash, and finished with a TOPfinish clear lacquer, the Skylight System comprises GGL Roof Window & Protec-Star pane, pre-installed motor and electrical control system. The package comes complete with relevant flashings for slate or tile roofs and an EBY trimmer for use with twin combinations. Electrically operated blinds can be connected at a later date to the same control system.
