With a wide 45° opening angle and white polyurethane finish, the top-hung Velux Windows GPU offers uninterrupted views to rooms where a wipe clean, moisture resistant surface is required, such as a kitchen or bathroom. Being top-hung the GPU is ideal for lower pitched roofs as the window will not intrude into the room. GPU Top-Hung Polyurethane Finish Velux Windows GPU wooden core is encased within moulded polyurethane and finished with a maintenance free, white polyurethane varnish. The window's hard, resilient surface finish allows for easy wipe cleaning. As with all Velux roof windows, the GPU also features a centre pivot function to allow cleaning of the outer pane from within the room. Installation is possible for roof pitches between 20° and 55°, or up to 65° with the use of special springs.
